About the Role
SBM’s Manager-in-Training program is a 9-week, paid leadership program designed for ambitious individuals seeking to learn quickly, assume responsibility, and build a career in operations. This immersive program provides hands-on experience and direct learning from experienced leaders, preparing participants for operational leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Work directly with Fortune 500 clients
- Solve real day-to-day business challenges
- Learn how budgets and operations work
- Support safety and team performance
- Build relationships with experienced site and operations leaders
- Put learned skills into action
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Candidate must be able to relocate for the role
- Ready to learn, lead, and take ownership
- Curious and motivated
- Asks good questions, builds relationships quickly, and likes figuring things out
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
