- Build financial and scenario models for strategic decisions, fundraising, and board discussions, and track performance against plan.
- Partner with functional owners to maintain a comprehensive view of company KPIs and performance, translating data into clear insights for leadership and the board.
- Lead high-priority strategic and operational initiatives across the organization, from opportunity assessment and research to developing go-forward plans and driving results.
- Own the board cycle, including preparing decks and pre-reads, attending meetings, and driving follow-ups.
- Manage leadership meetings, offsites, and all-hands events from agenda creation to action tracking.
- Act as the CEO’s primary support, managing priorities, preparing the CEO and leadership team for critical meetings, and supporting fundraising, investor relations, and key partnerships.
- Ensure leadership meetings, planning, and board cycles operate efficiently and on schedule.
- Streamline the annual budget and planning process with clear models, scenarios, and regular performance tracking.
- Translate company priorities into a tracked portfolio of programs with defined owners, milestones, and visible progress.
- Ensure board meetings are well-prepared with timely materials and closed action items, providing a clear, data-grounded view of business performance.
- Free up the CEO's time for customer engagement, fundraising, and strategy, and become a trusted partner to the leadership team.
- Deliver at least one high-impact strategic or operational project from conception to completion.
Requirements
