About the Role
CMI Media Group is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to spearhead full life-cycle recruitment for diverse departments including media, analytics, and search.
Responsibilities
- Review resumes and credentials, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive prescreening of candidates, providing insightful recommendations to hiring managers.
- Utilize various channels, including online resources, networking, and employee referrals, to identify top-tier candidates.
- Leverage expertise in media and advertising to attract and engage exceptional talent.
- Manage all aspects of the interview process efficiently, from scheduling to logistics.
- Facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide candidates with in-depth information about company culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Conduct post-interview follow-ups to assess candidate satisfaction and enhance the recruitment experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in full-life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
- Advertising/media agency recruitment is a huge plus.
- Genuine enthusiasm for finding the perfect fit between candidates and roles.
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent candidate experiences.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines through strong time management skills, organizational abilities, and effective communication.
