About the Role
Join Morgan Properties as a dedicated Maintenance Service Technician at our Perinton Manor apartment community in Fairport, NY. This role involves troubleshooting, taking initiative, and providing excellent customer service to ensure residents' homes are well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
- Maintain interior and exterior areas according to company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates.
Requirements
- Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle.
- Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
