About the Role

We are seeking a talented Presentation Designer to shape and elevate world-class brands across digital, social, print, experiential, and integrated marketing channels. This role, reporting to the Head of Art, is ideal for a highly skilled designer who blends strong craft with strategic thinking and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You will play a key role in developing compelling visual systems, campaign ideas, and brand expressions that connect with audiences and drive results. This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape client pitches, the Ogilvy brand, and our story. The Presentation Designer should translate complex concepts and business requirements into clear visual, graphic design articulations in shared presentation decks, with experience in large, iconic branding efforts, animation, basic motion graphics, and deck design.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Design Directors, Copywriters, Art Directors, Strategists, and Account teams to bring ideas and pitch presentations to life.
  • Translate briefs and business objectives into thoughtful, on-brand design solutions and develop design concepts to tell a visual story to clients.
  • Concept and execute creative ideas and mockups in a compelling manner.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints.
  • Work independently and as part of the larger pitch team with ability to triage multiple stakeholders’ feedback.
  • Quickly gain an understanding of the story we are trying to tell to inform the design system and theme.
  • Identify stock art and photography to match stakeholder briefs.
  • Participate in relevant internal and external meetings — briefings, status, brainstorming sessions, and presentations.
  • Present work clearly and confidently to internal teams.
  • Prioritize workload and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
  • Organize creative resources and assets libraries as needed.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of creativity, consistency, and excellence.
  • Stay current on design trends, emerging platforms, culture, and new technologies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional design experience in an agency, in-house, or studio environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • AI Powered Design, PowerPoint, Figma and motion tools are a plus.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong presentation design, typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Sharp, polished style with an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to manage a large volume of work at times.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, and passion for design excellence.
