About the Role
Seeking Contract Managers to work with clients in technology, financial services, healthcare, retail, consumer goods, and professional services industries. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and negotiating commercial contracts, with a background in commercial contracting, technology/SaaS/software agreements, procurement/vendor contracts, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or contract operations.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor, supplier, services, procurement, technology, SaaS, and software agreements.
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting, negotiation, approvals, execution, renewals, amendments, and contract administration.
- Partner with legal, procurement, sales, finance, IT, and other business teams to address contractual and commercial risks, obligations, and business requirements.
- Support contract operations and process improvement initiatives, including templates, playbooks, clause libraries, approval workflows, and contracting procedures.
- Utilize and support CLM and contract management systems to improve contract visibility, workflow efficiency, reporting, and compliance.
- Track contractual obligations, renewals, key terms, and other contract data to support effective contract management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in contract management, commercial contracting, procurement contracting, or technology contracting.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and managing contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Experience working cross-functionally with legal and business stakeholders and managing multiple contracts and priorities.
- Experience with CLM or contract management systems required.
