About the Role
The Package Delivery Driver position is a physical, fast-paced, outdoor role involving continuous lifting, lowering, and carrying of packages. Drivers must possess excellent customer contact and driving skills, a valid driver's license, and comply with company appearance guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick-up packages efficiently.
- Follow safe/defensive driving methods.
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks.
- Record, track, and maintain information about delivered packages.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg).
- Ability to read and navigate with maps/map books.
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License.
- Clean Driver’s Abstract showing no violations for the current year and no more than 2 violations for the previous 3-year period.
- Clean Driver’s Abstract showing no accidents and maximum 5 demerit points for the previous 3-year period.
