About the Role

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Intern will act as a key member of the IT/HR team, working under close supervision with detailed instructions. As proficiency is gained, the intern may be assigned more complex duties and work more autonomously. This role involves direct interaction with supervisors, co-workers, and team members.

Responsibilities

Provides team support to corporate, global, or site representatives in the ongoing maintenance of HR IT initiatives.
Supports data and reporting needs from the HRIS system(s).
Maintains and/or modifies existing reports and creates new reports based on customer requirements.
Works with sites to ensure data integrity.
Runs and delivers reports as needed.
Fulfills requirements of a University or College Internship program in a Support function.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a university or college internship program and have completed their 3rd year of studies in an IT-related program.
Interest in HR and IT.
Ability to conduct a thorough, timely, and unbiased internal investigation and provide practical recommendations.
Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customers around the world.
Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities, and organize work for timely project completion.
Must provide a copy of transcript with application.
Must include student email address in application.

Skills

Knowledge of HR/Talent solutions (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP HR)
Basic IT knowledge (basic technical functionality of SAP HR)
Knowledge of computer applications and ability to perform tasks in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
