About the Role
The Smith is seeking a Busser to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Reset and prepare tables quickly and efficiently to support the flow of service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and restocking service area
- Support servers and runners by assisting with water service, bread service, and general table maintenance
- Anticipate the needs of guests and the service team to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Work collaboratively with all Smith team members to maintain pace and hospitality standards
- Uphold all food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements
- Assist with opening and closing side work, including stocking, polishing, and cleaning
Requirements
