  • Own the weekly growth scorecard and performance reporting.
  • Partner on data quality, pipelines, and definitions across various platforms.
  • Set standards for tracking, UTMs, and conversion events.
  • Explore AI and automation for analysis, anomaly detection, and reporting.
  • Serve as the analytical partner to various departments, aligning teams around shared metrics.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Manage measurement vendors and partners, including scope and contracts.
  • Opportunity to build and lead a small analytics team as the function scales.

  • Hands-on experience designing and reading incrementality tests and applying causal inference methods.
  • Working knowledge of multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling.
  • Strong command of DTC unit economics: CAC, marginal CAC, LTV, cohort payback, and contribution margin.
  • Advanced SQL and Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Python or R for statistical modeling.
  • Experience with a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or similar).
