About the Role
Support more than 300 employees across St. Luke’s nursing home, St. Francis Commons, and Bishop’s Commons. Work directly with the HR Manager to assist employees and managers with onboarding and benefits inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Process new hire paperwork, coordinate background checks and health clearances, enter information in Paycom, and schedule orientation.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment or coverage updates, answer routine questions, and verify insurance bills against enrollment records.
- Prepare employer paperwork for leave requests and workers’ compensation claims, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Answer calls, respond to employee and manager questions, and maintain organized confidential HR records.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong administrative and customer service skills.
- Experience in an office or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Willingness to grow into an HR role.
