About the Role
As a senior technical builder reporting to the CISO, you will architect, operate, and scale Loop’s security program. You will lead defense, operations, and governance across cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, and autonomous workflows, balancing rigorous financial-grade controls with startup speed.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a forward-looking security roadmap focused on securing autonomous AI systems, agents, and data flows alongside cloud and app security.
- Drive agentic defense, agentic red teaming, and agentic automation for SecOps.
- Build robust security controls across identity, IAM, secrets, APIs, and data protection for AI workflows.
- Support compliance and governance efforts across SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and global privacy standards.
- Scale a high-performing security team and foster a "security-first, velocity-aware" culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years in information security, cloud security, and SecOps with global tech enterprise experience.
- Hands-on expertise in securing agentic systems, AI automation, cloud-native AWS environments, and modern microservices.
- Strong foundation in SOC 2, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and global data privacy frameworks (GDPR).
- Pragmatic, builder mindset—able to move fast, automate operations, and partner closely with Engineering.
