About the Role
As a Superintendent at CM&B, you will work on diverse construction projects, leading mobilization through final construction, commissioning, and warranty. Building strong relationships with the project team, subcontractors, vendors, and clients is key to success.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, field management, and supervision of all project participants and site construction activities.
- Achieve construction project results by understanding project scope, evaluating resource needs, establishing site standards, allocating resources, scheduling and coordinating staff and subcontractors, evaluating progress, and resolving design problems.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage and adhere to field-related costs.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Manage subcontractors by understanding scopes of work and monitoring performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Construction Supervisor license
- SST card Certification
- Reliable transportation to sites
- Organized and goal-oriented
- Confident, articulate, and professional with a thoughtful approach to communication
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- LEED AP certification (preferred)
