We are looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy connecting with guests, staying busy, and delivering outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for every guest
- Guide guests through menu selections and make thoughtful recommendations
- Accurately enter orders and serve food and beverages
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to concerns professionally
- Handle payments and accurately process transactions
- Work closely with hosts, bussers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and managers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout each shift
Requirements
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Friendly, outgoing approach with a passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team-first mindset and ability to work well with others
- Ability to confidently make recommendations and guide guests through the menu
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
