About the Role

Support all phases of project costs and schedule reporting using current industry practices and software. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, cost, schedule, technical & construction disciplines for seamless reporting to ensure effective project delivery.

Responsibilities

Support project team to agree contractor SOVs and certify progress, invoicing & payment.
Follow-on collaborations with accounting to ensure alignment of project invoices with current funding and billings to client.
Insure appropriate back-up documentation for all phases.
Actively support the change control process.
Assist with cost trends & changes with follow-on validation & agreement of pricing.
Process Changer Orders for approval and incorporation into contracts.
Assist in operation of integrated cost reporting platform.
Produce detailed cost reports, including budgets, changes, commits (POs), spends, anticipated costs and forecast.
Review cost system data integrity to ensure accuracy of overall project forecast.
Assist and support processes for project budgeting, invoicing, change control and cost forecasting for the entire engineering, procurement, construction and qualification (EPCQ) life cycle.
Produce effective visualization, graphics & outputs for team communication.
Assist with update to projections on cash flows, staffing plans & contingency usage.
Collaborate and assist on alignment of cost & schedule data.
Assist with schedule progress reports, trending charts and schedule analysis.
Support PM and staff with all necessary closeout activities.
Record the project’s historical cost information and “lessons learned” as directed at project completion.

Requirements

3-6 years of professional Cost Project Controls experience
Experience supporting semiconductor construction and/or tool installation projects
BS degree in engineering or a related technical field, construction management, or applicable experience.
Strong analytical and computer skills.
Experience with data management and reporting tools (MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI, etc.)
Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage large amounts of information to effectively meet deadlines.
Strong initiative and the ability to work independently while supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to proactively pursue information, collaborate across project teams, and ensure timely and accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
Exposure to financial ERP systems is desirable.
All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with video required.
