Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm customer repair service calls.
- Coordinate and communicate with repair technicians.
- Resolve customer service issues independently.
- Adhere to warranty and protection guidelines.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and repair technicians.
- Complete reports and other assigned tasks.
- Perform additional functions as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task
- Customer service skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Prior call center experience is preferable
- Prior dispatcher experience is preferable
- Able to work day, night, and weekend hours
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
