About the Role
This internship focuses on applying AI tools to enhance legal operations, including building a dashboard for investor documentation and developing knowledge management systems. The role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of legal practice, technology, and investment strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design and build an investor documentation dashboard in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and refine legal playbooks and knowledge management tools.
- Apply AI technologies to automate, organize, and improve legal workflows.
- Participate in one-day rotations through different sub-teams within Legal.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Law degree with 1-2 years remaining in the program.
- Highly skilled with AI tools and demonstrated ability to apply them creatively to complex problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, comfortable working both collaboratively and independently.
- Deadline-driven with the ability to complete assigned work by the end of the summer.
- Enthusiasm for working at the intersection of legal expertise, technology, and investment strategy.
