About the Role

Our Growth team finds, engages, and onboards domain specialists whose judgment teaches AI systems how to reason. We're looking for a Growth Program Manager to own the programs that make that happen. This role involves strategy and execution, taking new initiatives from inception to scale, and using AI and automation to manage growth. We seek individuals who demonstrate real ownership and accountability for their programs.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategy for your programs: define goals, identify the biggest levers, and decide where to invest
  • Own execution end to end and be accountable for outcomes like pipeline, conversion, time-to-productive, and retention
  • Build and lead the teams that run your programs, including hiring leads who own their areas and setting clear expectations and performance standards
  • Build sustainable expert pipelines through targeted outreach, new channels, and creative approaches
  • Build AI workflows and automations that replace manual work in sourcing, outreach, screening, onboarding, and reporting
  • Stand up reporting that shows how each program is performing, where the gaps are, and what to do about them
  • Run a steady cadence of experiments on targeting, messaging, channels, process, and tooling, then turn what works into playbooks
  • Partner closely with growth leads, operations, project teams, and vendors to align on priorities and keep work unblocked
  • Once a program is in steady state, hand it off cleanly and take on the next one

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in program operations, growth, recruiting or workforce operations, strategy and operations, or a similar role
  • Owned a program end to end, from setting the strategy to executing it, and were accountable for its success and failures
  • Comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and details, and enjoy building plans and working through spreadsheets
  • Experience building and managing teams, ideally distributed or contractor-based
  • Strong judgment for prioritization and know when to escalate issues
  • Data-driven: comfortable defining metrics, digging into funnels, and making decisions from imperfect data
  • Ability to run own analysis in SQL or Python
  • High agency and ownership; comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
  • Experience building things with AI, using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, Zapier, Make, Retool, or Apps Script
  • Clear, concise writer and communicator, effective over Slack and email
