About the Role
The Designer is responsible for the design, development, and production of creative materials for MSG Sports branding and business needs. This role will conceptualize, design, and route creative solutions for approvals, and be involved in branding work including logo development.
Responsibilities
- Execute breakthrough, best-in-class, design solutions for a variety of platforms
- Traffic creative materials requests and deliverables from brief to completion
- Collaborate with internal departments to hone creative assets and present creative work
- Provide art-direction for video and photo shoots
- Quality-assure company internal assets and maintain an organized archive of projects and files
- Identify opportunities to develop and implement design systems and templates for efficiency
- Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members by adhering to appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site
Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant experience or branding design experience
- Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge in and passion for print design, digital design, branding, and typography
- Strong presentation, analytical skills, conceptual skills, and ability to brainstorm
- Keen attention to detail and aesthetics
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
- Desire and willingness to learn, grow, and contribute wherever needed
