About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a core area of Agora's platform, from product strategy through execution and measurable customer outcomes. You will identify problems, set the roadmap, and align the team around clear priorities. You will also stay close to the work, including specs, making tradeoffs with engineering and design, and learning from customer usage.

Query usage data to find where integrations stall
Define success metrics for upcoming launches
Work through strategic account requirements with BD
Write specs and ship with engineering

Requirements

5+ years in product management
Meaningful experience in stablecoins, payments, or fintech
End-to-end product ownership experience
Experience setting strategy and leading a significant product area from discovery through launch and iteration, with measurable customer and business outcomes
Strong product judgment
Ability to turn ambiguous customer needs into a clear roadmap
Ability to make difficult prioritization decisions
Ability to explain product choices and rationale
Serious UX craft
Ability to distinguish between a functional and a good-feeling user flow
Ability to make complex financial and technical workflows intuitive
High autonomy
Ability to go from identifying an issue to a shipped solution
Ability to bring the right people along
Ability to write specs and updates that move decisions forward
Strong analytical instincts
Ability to pull own data, define success metrics, and use them for prioritization
Experience instrumenting a funnel, finding a drop-off, and moving the number
Comfort with technical and API-driven products
Ability to reason about API design, integration patterns, and settlement flows
Ability to partner credibly with engineers on infrastructure tradeoffs
Cross-functional leadership experience
Experience aligning teams around consequential product decisions
Experience resolving competing priorities
Experience partnering with commercial teams without losing sight of broader product strategy
AI fluency
Experience building with modern AI tools, including prototypes, evals, and internal automations
Sharp, opinionated view on where AI tools help and where they don't
