About the Role
Perform raw material sampling and testing, conduct visual and analytical testing to support release of pharmaceutical packaging and medical device components, document test results, maintain laboratory records, and review associated documentation. Write, review, and update SOPs, specifications, and related laboratory documents. Calibrate, verify, and maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and instrumentation. Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory, and quality requirements. Participate in training and collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and cross-functional partners. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and 5S principles.
Responsibilities
- Perform raw material sampling and testing using wet chemistry techniques.
- Conduct visual and analytical testing to support release of pharmaceutical packaging and medical device components.
- Document test results, maintain laboratory records, and review associated documentation.
- Write, review, and update SOPs, specifications, and related laboratory documents.
- Calibrate, verify, and maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and instrumentation.

Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced GMP environment
- Hands-on lab testing experience with wet chemistry techniques
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
