About the Role
Develop smart and innovative solutions for clients in Supply Chain & Network Operations, advising on complex issues in purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and product lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in aligning their planning processes, organizations, and systems for the future.
- Develop innovative solutions for Supply Chain Planning and sustainably advance processes, organizations, data structures, and governance models.
- Optimize planning processes in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP/IBP, and S&OE.
- Evaluate and implement leading Advanced Planning Systems such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, OMP, or Blue Yonder.
- Develop business cases, analyze value potentials, and identify innovative AI and Decision Intelligence use cases in the supply chain environment.
- Independently take on work packages or sub-projects, moderate workshops, and communicate with stakeholders up to management level.
- Contribute to offer development, business development, and the advancement of the consulting portfolio with increasing experience.
Requirements
- Very good degree in business administration or engineering.
- Sound expertise in at least two of the areas: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP/IBP, or S&OE, proven by professional experience, internships, or studies.
- Analytical thinking and a structured working style.
- Confident and responsible use of AI for creating high-quality analyses, concepts, and customer solutions, as well as for critically validating AI results.
