Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support Guidewire PolicyCenter functions including New Business, Renewals, Endorsements, Cancellations, Underwriting, Rating, and Policy Issuance.
- Define integration requirements between Guidewire and external/third-party systems.
- Work with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON/XML, EDGE framework, messaging, and middleware integrations.
- Create interface specifications, data mappings, and integration process flows.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production validation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- 4+ years of Guidewire PolicyCenter experience.
- Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance processes.
- Experience with Guidewire Integration Framework and InsuranceSuite architecture.
- Knowledge of REST API, SOAP, JSON, XML, SQL, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and user story development.
