About the Role
Servers lead the Guest Experience at the table, ensuring Guests have everything they need from appetizers to desserts. They are masters of situational service, tailoring their style to meet Guest needs. Servers are responsible for order accuracy and maintaining a positive, Guest-focused attitude throughout the dining experience. They champion a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
