Responsibilities
- Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their employment goals.
- Provide services such as Supported Employment, Job Development, and Pre-Employment Transition Services.
- Assist individuals in exploring career opportunities and developing workplace skills.
- Build relationships with local employers, community partners, and service providers.
- Create employment opportunities and promote long-term success for individuals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field (Personnel, Counseling, or Guidance).
- Alternatively, an Associate's Degree with at least two years of experience providing services to individuals with disabilities or other significant barriers to employment.
- Valid NYS Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
