About the Role
Provide individualized job coaching and career support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Foster independence, promote workplace inclusion, and empower individuals to achieve success in their careers and everyday lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized job coaching and support to individuals receiving employment services.
- Encourage skill development, independence, and workplace inclusion.
- Collaborate with local employers to support successful job placements and long-term job retention.
- Assist individuals with career exploration, planning, and goal-setting.
- Help individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workplace.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Valid NYS Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

- Associate's Degree in Human Services or a related field preferred.
