About the Role
Exceptional opportunity to join the Sales & Marketing Team at The Lanesborough, a luxury mansion hotel located in London.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a friendly and pleasant environment for all guests and employees, prioritizing recognition in service.
- Promote and be confident with all hotel facilities.
- Demonstrate knowledge of The Oetker Collection and other properties.
- Develop new and existing business from assigned markets.
- Achieve the budget for assigned markets through sales and marketing actions and plans.
- Continuously review business and action plans against market conditions, intelligence, and benchmarking.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of accounts and follow up on lapsed business.
- Maintain accurate databases of accounts and travel agents.
- Organize regular mailings to promote tactical offers.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a luxury establishment with at least three years in a Sales & Marketing managerial position.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Immaculate grooming standards.
- Great knowledge of Microsoft Office, Delphi, and Opera.
- Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to work on own initiative is essential.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
