About the Role

As an Associate Manager, you’ll build and scale the operational engine behind DoorDash’s in-store AI platform. You’ll turn in-store data from tens of thousands of physical store locations into better experiences for merchants, Dashers, and CPG partners—and measurable improvements in inventory accuracy, Dasher pick time, and customer selection. You’ll work at the intersection of physical retail and technology, using data and partner feedback to identify opportunities and shape solutions with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations. You’ll take initiatives from strategy through launch and iteration, translating complex, real-world challenges into improvements that work across the marketplace. This is an opportunity to help build an in-store AI platform and define how it creates value across a large, evolving business. You’ll have room to take ownership, work through ambiguity, and see the impact of your work in the real experiences of our partners and customers. You will report into a Senior Manager on our New Verticals Strategy & Operations team and be an individual contributor position.
