Responsibilities

Conduct property tours for prospective residents and visitors.

Build relationships with prospective and current residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize leasing/renewal decisions.
Generate leads through effective phone and email follow-up.
Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about market trends.

Requirements

Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments is required.
Experience answering a busy switchboard.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
Proficiency with Realpage Onesite.
