Performs pick-up and deliveries as required by Maintenance Manager
Performs ground maintenance tasks as assigned
Performs general grounds keeping and landscaping

Cuts and trims grass, and shovels snow
Completes B&G work orders as assigned
Transports small equipment or tools between departments
Sets up tables and chairs in auditorium or hall

Maintains confidentiality and complies with the code of ethics
Maintains consistent professional customer service
Job performance incorporates integrated service delivery model while promoting self sufficiency
Other duties as designated by supervisor

High School diploma or GED required
Basic skill level in grounds maintenance and general maintenance required
Strong interpersonal skills
Good team building skill
Exerts heavy force in excess of 50 pounds
Must be able to provide consistent even tempered customer service at all times
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Authorized driver of a COI vehicle
Ability to travel throughout the county
Pre employment drug and alcohol testing required, subject to random drug and alcohol testing for cause
Required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb, balance, bend and kneel
Works compassionately with a diverse population
