- Monitor client activity trends and intervene early where engagement drops or retention risk is identified.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and follow through on commercial actions that support book growth.
- Provide high-quality execution support, including phone dealing and platform-related assistance, in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on platform features, order types, and risk-control tools to improve the client experience and encourage deeper engagement.
- Maintain strong knowledge of global financial markets and relevant asset classes to support execution-only client conversations.
- Generate business through networking, referrals, and relationship-led business development.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to support premium segment initiatives, onboarding, and client outreach.
- Work closely with Trading, Business Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Marketing to deliver a seamless client experience and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure all client interactions and outreach are conducted within a non-advisory framework and in line with CIRO, CSA, CASL, PIPEDA, and AML/ATF requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, opportunities, and activity.
- Track and report on key performance indicators including retention, revenue growth, client activity, and pipeline progression.
- Share client feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement in service, product, and platform experience.
