About the Role
South Philly Cheesesteaks & Fries at Woodbury Commons is hiring Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will help provide friendly and efficient service to our guests while supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful customer service
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy
- Prepare food and beverages according to company standards
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Work closely with team members to keep service running smoothly
- Provide a positive experience for every guest
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work as part of a team
