Responsibilities

- Work closely with colleagues to support clear communication, accountability, and effective execution.
Requirements
- At least two years of strong performance in a demanding environment (e.g., high-growth startup, consulting, investment banking, professional sports, or high-end hospitality).
- An early-career profile with a steep growth trajectory.
- A standout academic, entrepreneurial, athletic, or professional achievement demonstrating exceptional potential.
- A technical background and evidence of progression in high-performing organizations.
- Versatility across commercial areas (e.g., banking, legal work, operations, or partnerships) with an interest in energy.
- German fluency at C1 level or higher.
- A proactive, adaptable approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn quickly and take ownership.
