Operate and maintain the cleanliness of the dish washing machine.
Wash all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other items used in the restaurant, kitchen, and banquet department.
Break down boxes and empty trash containers into the dumpster.
Clean kitchen walls as appropriate.
Clean floor mats, sweep, and mop the entire kitchen floor daily.
Assist in the regular cleaning of ovens and refrigerators.
Ensure the dish machine operates at the appropriate temperature for proper sanitization.
Maintain a dry and debris-free floor at all times.
Assist with unloading shipments, dating items, and putting items away.

Ability to move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stock items on shelves above eye level.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Awareness of safety procedures within the kitchen area.
Comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.
