  • Enhance Montblanc's presence in stores, elevate visual merchandising to Maison standards, and negotiate prime retail locations.
  • Ensure online and in-store policies, operational standards, and procedures are clearly communicated, understood, and rigorously implemented by our partners, whilst also proposing continuous improvement actions.
  • Regularly monitor all online sites and activities to safeguard and uphold brand image in strict accordance with Montblanc guidelines.
  • Take ownership of sales planning processes, including Sales Budgets, 5-Year Plans, and Action Plans, with full accountability for accounts and the implementation of related strategies.
  • Execute weekly reports, conduct thorough sales analyses, manage sell-out declarations, oversee stock inventories, and handle all other activities pertinent to account management.
  • Provide accurate analysis of weekly and seasonal trade performance with clear, immediate feedback and actionable plans to boost sales.
  • Forge strong, collaborative relationships with all internal departments, including Visual Merchandising, SIS, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Manage orders and follow-ups, regularly liaising with the logistics team on all operational activities, and meticulously monitoring back orders and deliveries.
  • Provide essential Visual Merchandising support in stores as required.
  • Regularly deliver engaging and comprehensive category training sessions to all accounts.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as necessary to support the business.

Requirements

  • Possess a strong strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a positive and charismatic demeanour.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
  • Availability to travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time), with the ability to work autonomously and thrive within a fast-paced environment, adept at multi-tasking whilst maintaining daily responsibilities.
  • A keen interest and background in fashion and luxury goods.
  • Field-based role requiring a full UK driving licence.
