About the Role

Achieve sales and market goals for an assigned region through direct sales, product performance assurance, and managing the sales process for major accounts within Aerospace customers.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and refine account plans to grow sales and margin improvements.
Document and maintain commercial opportunity pipeline using CRM data.
Build and sustain multi-level relationships within customer organizations.
Identify shifts in customer demand, regulatory, and product/service requirements and communicate implications.
Drive systematic prospecting efforts to expand customer base and secure specifications on new aircraft platforms.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract development to secure profitable growth.
Develop accurate sales forecasts by customer, product line, program, and platform.
Leverage understanding of aerospace coatings and sealants to support customers.
Lead the commercial interface for new technology adoption through evaluation, qualification, specification, and production launch.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring alignment across teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
5+ years of related sales experience.
Experience with coatings or sealants is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with profit and loss (P&L) reporting and financial performance metrics.
Prior experience working for a matrixed organization.
Travel up to 40%.
Clean driving record is required.
