About the Role
We are seeking a talented Full-Stack JavaScript/TypeScript Engineer to build exciting new experiences and product verticals, working across the stack from frontend to backend services and infrastructure. This role offers the chance to impact products, own technical challenges, and move quickly from idea to production, leveraging modern AI tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship new features and product verticals across the frontend and backend.
- Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using React, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop robust backend services using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
- Build and maintain highly available, resilient systems that perform reliably in production.
- Contribute across the development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment workflows.
- Leverage agentic LLM tooling to rapidly prototype ideas, explore solutions, and accelerate product development.
- Collaborate with the wider team to turn ideas into effective product solutions, make sound technical decisions, and continuously improve software development processes.
Requirements
- Strong practical experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js, including building and maintaining production applications.
- Strong frontend development skills with hands-on experience in React, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining high-availability systems in production, with an understanding of reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Comfortable working with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with agentic LLM tooling and the ability to use AI-powered development tools to accelerate prototyping and problem-solving.
- A pragmatic, hands-on engineering approach with the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ability to work from our London office near High Street Kensington three days per week.
