- Support the Sales Cycle by demonstrating flexibility required to service a demanding sales organization during high-volume, critical time constraints at month-end and quarter-end close cycles
- Collaborate daily with quote-to-cash teams (Deal Strategy, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Sales Operations) to support contractual terms and execute revenue transactions
- Review requests for signatures against policy requirements and assist in reviewing and drafting non-complex negotiated legal agreements on Fastly forms following playbook guidance
- Contribute to team documentation, playbooks, templates, and knowledge management to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Maintain timely communication regarding the status of requests, tickets, and tasks, promptly escalating blockers and complex issues with appropriate recommendations and context
Requirements

- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate contract administration issues to partners (e.g., attorneys, sales teams) and build trusted internal relationships
- Strong time-management and organization skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment in executing risk-based assessments aligned with Contracts team policy frameworks
