About the Role
Mr. Greens Produce is hiring a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Green Team. This role is responsible for seamless communication between Mr. Greens and our clients, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to various establishments.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers placing orders, inquiring about inventory, their orders placed, and delivery times.
- Handle and respond to all customer and sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Aim to answer questions on the first call by being proactive in customer service approach.
- Facilitate communication among customers, sales, transportation, and warehouse.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and be a team player.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience of a minimum of 2 years work history in a related field.
- Availability to work weekends.
