About the Role
The Lazarus Pflegeschulen in Berlin offer future-oriented training in social professions and diverse user-oriented further qualification opportunities. We are seeking a Pedagogical Director for the nursing schools to start on January 1, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Organization of school operations
- Conceptual and organizational development and implementation of the generalist nursing training
- Support for the expiring training courses in geriatric care assistance and geriatric care
- Development and management of a multidisciplinary and creative team
- Collaboration with practical training facilities and acquisition of new cooperation partners
- Teaching activities in the various training courses
- Participation in the management team of the nursing training network
Requirements
- Vocational training in a nursing profession
- Completed Master's degree with a focus on nursing or medical pedagogy
- Teaching experience in nursing education
- Experience with organizational tasks in nursing schools

- Fair remuneration according to the employment contract guidelines of the Diakonic Church Berlin-Brandenburg-Silesian Upper Lusatia
