About the Role

Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers of Give & Go, in accordance with department target objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end customer order process for both manual and EDI POs, ensuring timely and accurate order entry.
Coordinate pick-up or delivery, facilitate accurate invoicing, and resolve any en-route customs and/or transportation issues.
Develop and build strong positive relationships with external customers/brokers and internal key stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, Shipping, and Demand Planning.
Manage OS&D (Over, shorts, and damages) by determining root cause and providing solutions.
Communicate regularly with Planning, Production, QA, and Shipping departments to ensure customer requests are met.
Identify best practices in established processes and procedures, share knowledge with co-workers, and document SOPs for all department processes.

Requirements

Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in an office environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional time management and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize issues and provide solutions.
Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
Ability to handle interruptions and distractions effectively, setting appropriate priorities.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and composure with a high level of professionalism.
Ability to work effectively independently, with management, and as part of a team to meet targets.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide helpful solutions to customer issues.
