About the Role

Blue Education is recruiting exceptional students to become Campus Ambassadors across the UK's leading universities. We're looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial and influential individuals who can help us establish Blue Education as the go-to destination for students pursuing careers in Investment Banking, Sales & Trading and Consulting. This role is perfect for students who enjoy taking initiative, building communities and creating opportunities for others.

Responsibilities

Build Blue's Presence on Campus
Promote Blue Education and its opportunities across your university
Increase awareness amongst students interested in finance, consulting and business careers
Develop relationships with influential student leaders and key university networks
Represent Blue Education professionally at all times
Develop Society Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with relevant societies, including Finance, Investment, Consulting, Economics, Business, and Entrepreneurship Societies
Identify opportunities for collaboration and support the delivery of high-impact events
Support Events and Engagement
Help organise, promote and deliver events including Investment Banking Speaker Panels, Trading & Markets Insight Sessions, Consulting Career Workshops, Networking Events, Skills Development Workshops, and Employer and Alumni Talks
Grow Student Communities
Engage ambitious students interested in competitive careers
Support event registrations and attendance
Encourage participation across Blue Education initiatives
Gather feedback and insights from students
Support the National Competition
Play a key role in promoting and driving participation in Blue Education's flagship annual competition focused on Investment Banking, Trading and Consulting

Experience through society committee positions, event organisation, student leadership roles, entrepreneurship projects, internships or spring weeks, or campus community initiatives is ideal, but attitude, initiative, and drive are more important than prior experience.
