About the Role
Serve as an ambassador for our Med spas, ensuring every client experience reflects our philosophy of care, excellence, and human connection. Understand client needs, coordinate appointments, and elevate the client journey to shape their impression of the brand.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm, professional welcome while collecting and accurately entering patient information.
- Escort patients to exam rooms, maintain comfort, and ensure rooms are clean, organized, and prepared between appointments.
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling, phone calls, voicemail, patient check-outs, chart preparation, and administrative tasks.
- Process payments, balance daily transactions, complete end-of-day paperwork, and support retail inventory management and sales.
- Learn about Deep Blue's services and products to confidently answer questions and support an exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Medspa, hospitality or retail experience preferably gained within a high end or luxury market.
- Evening and Saturday availability is required.
