About the Role
Join one of our kitchen teams in Berlin as a Chef de Partie. We are looking for passionate individuals who love quality ingredients, take pride in their craft, and can ensure their section runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your section and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Organize your mise en place and prepare dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintain our recipes, quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Keep your rhythm during busy services and work closely with the brigade.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization and food safety.
- Support and share your knowledge with Commis de Cuisine and junior team members.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen position.
- Solid cooking skills and the ability to manage a section independently.
- Good knowledge of mise en place and kitchen organization.
- Passion for quality ingredients and Italian cuisine.
- A proactive, reliable and team-oriented attitude.
- Experienced Demi chef de partie ready for more responsibility.
