About the Role
As a Public Sector Strategy Consultant, you will actively shape the future of the public sector by advising on strategic fundamental questions and organizational direction for the administration of tomorrow. You will drive the modernization of public organizations and create sustainable societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Advise public institutions such as ministries or state-owned companies on key future topics.
- Develop strategies, realign organizations in the age of generative AI, and design complex transformation projects.
- Analyze future trends, contribute innovation impulses, and derive recommendations for action.
- Evaluate qualitative and quantitative analysis results.
- Strategically assess relevant (political) framework conditions.
- Develop solution concepts and decision-making bases.
- Independently manage workstreams and sub-projects.
- Design the methodological approach.
- Define work packages and implement them with the team.
Requirements
- Possess an above-average university Master's degree (all disciplines).
- Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, ideally related to strategy consulting, the public sector, or a comparable field.
- Demonstrate analytical sharpness, structured thinking, and a high willingness to learn.
- Work meticulously with a strong focus on quality and maintain an overview even under time pressure.
- Convince with a confident and empathetic demeanor.
- Possess strong communication skills in German and English.
