About the Role
This role involves conducting core accounting operations, including bank reconciliations, discrepancy analysis, and maintenance of accounting records. It also includes coordinating with Sales and Marketing to investigate and resolve customer deductions, account variances, and discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct core accounting operations, including bank reconciliations, discrepancy analysis, and maintenance of accounting records
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to investigate and resolve customer deductions, account variances, and discrepancies
- Prepare journal entries and account analyses for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Generate monthly AR closing reports to support financial reporting, collection strategies, and working capital management
- Monitor AR aging reports and coordinate follow-up on overdue invoices

- 3 months of experience in job offered or as Advisory Associate
