About the Role
Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a Baker to ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. Bakers work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking and sandwich making, while taking pride in food quality and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. This role offers a commitment to work-life balance with stores closing by 2 PM.
Responsibilities
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Assist with order taking.
- Assist with sandwich making.
- Ensure the quality of food and beverages served.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
- Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver's license is preferred but only required at specific locations.
- Must meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.
- Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
