About the Role
Join Bruegger's Bagels as a Seasonal Team Member and be a brand ambassador, creating a positive guest experience and ensuring food quality and store cleanliness. Our stores close by 2 PM, offering a great work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Make sure every guest feels welcomed.
- Promote the company by creating a positive guest experience.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Ensure the quality of food and beverages served.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older.
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.
- Employment is contingent on business needs and performance.
- Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
