About the Role
As a world-class leader in the travel industry, Marriott International is seeking an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Service Expert to join the Food and Beverage team at Sheraton Heathrow Hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experience and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding food and beverage service, ensuring every guest enjoys a high-quality dining experience.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs with confidence, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Work flexibly across all Food & Beverage outlets, maintaining high standards and exceeding guest expectations.
- Ensure orders are delivered accurately and efficiently, providing seamless service.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling and promoting additional products and services.
- Process guest bills accurately and in line with established policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team environment while supporting the department in achieving guest satisfaction and revenue goals.
