About the Role
MoFo is seeking a junior to mid-level associate with a demonstrated interest in financial services and fintech to join our dynamic team. You will work on cutting-edge transactions representing banks, fintechs, payment processors, and cryptocurrency/digital asset issuers and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Managing components of transactions independently.
Requirements
- Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or eligible to waive in.
- Familiarity with strategic partnerships in the payments and lending space, including BaaS agreements, co-brand credit card agreements, digital asset wallets and stablecoin infrastructure, merchant acquiring agreements, data aggregation agreements, network incentive agreements, and/or BIN sponsorship agreements.

- New York, NY annual salary range: $260,000 to $390,000
- Washington, DC annual salary range: $260,000 to $390,000
